“I arrived quite sceptical of Reiki and similar treatments. Giovanni was very professional and didn't have any judgement for my scepticism. Arriving with an open mind, I was put at ease immediately by the calming environment and energy from Giovanni.

During the treatment, my scepticism shifted to more curiosity as I started to feel shifts in the state of my body as well as working through some complicated life problems in my head.
